We would love to see you here in our clinic! Patients have the flexibility to book appointments online or may call us at (817) 765-2104. In the the patient portal, you can message the staff or book your appointment. The patient portal messages are monitored continuously during the day. If you reach our voicemail at the time of your call, please leave a detailed message and we'll get back with you as soon as possible. Voicemails may take 24-48 hours to be returned. If you have a medical emergency or same day illness and cannot reach us, please visit an urgent care facility or the ER if symptoms are severe.
